Sandboxie е програма за виртуализация. Тя има за цел да изолира приложенията, които стартирате чрез нея, като пренасочва всичките файлове, ключове и други следи, които оставят, към контролирана и отделена зона и така да предотврати евентуални промени и дори повреди по системата Ви. Основните и най-често срещани изолирани чрез Sandboxie програми са Интернет браузърите, но можете да стартирате всяка програма в изолирана среда.
