K-Lite е може би най-известният пакет с кодеци в момента за възпроизвеждане на най-различни видео и аудио файлове. Има 4 отделните версии за различни нужди и предпочитания и включва поддръжка за всички реално използвани формати, на които можете да попаднете: Standard версията предлага всичко, което го има в базовата и добавя поддръжка на още формати, на които можете да се натъкнете. Списъкът с поддържаните формати се разширява: DivX, XviD, MP3, AC3/DTS, филтър за субтитри (Basic) + H.264, Windows Media Audio/Video и OGG. Добавя се и поддръжка за отваряне на MP4, Matroska, OGM, FLV, MPEG-TS. Интегриран е и мултимедиен плеър - Media Player Classic и универсалният кодек ffdshow.
